Greetings. Welcome to my little corner of this incredible world.

Despite being in control of every other aspect of my life, I've had submissive leanings...yearnings...for as long as I can remember. While the fantasies were always there, evolving inside my head, it’s only been recently that I’ve begun to embrace and understand the depth of my submissive nature.

It started as virtual exploration and play for quite some time, but in summer of 2014 I had the amazing experience of moving into the real world. What a great day it turned out to be when I created a FetLife profile; while I did it mainly to take a peek into local BDSM resources, in a surprisingly short time it led me to my first real-life Dom, and the very steamy path that we spent some time walking down together.

While there were some bumps along the way, 2014 truly was the beginning of My Great Sexual Renaissance, and it's continued to be more amazing and transformational than I ever could have imagined. I’ve learned, I’ve grown, I’ve experienced some of the things I’d spent decades dreaming about. While I’ve also gotten wiser and perhaps a little warier, so far there have been no regrets. I can't wait to continue learning, exploring and experiencing as I move forward on this incredible journey!

And where will the adventure take me next?

Ultimately, I would like to find MY Dom: a true Dom…someone real that I can both trust and learn from, someone whose kinks match my own, someone with significant experience who takes seriously the responsibility of Dominating, and who will push me but at the same time respect my limits. Someone stable, consistent and non-judgmental, who can handle the reality of my "real" life including my marriage (which isn’t going away anytime soon), my need for straightforwardness and simplicity, whose distaste for drama matches my own, and whose availability syncs nicely with mine....something I learned very quickly is that I REALLY like to play, which means that the availability thing is pretty huge.

Of course there are many more layers...but those are shared very selectively and over time, as trust is established.

No matter what i've experienced, no matter where on the path i happen to be, the bottom line remains the same: life's too short...but I'm doing my very best to make sure I’m living it :)
