thanks.. I was feeling it at work the next day tho... thighs, knees, hips..lol.. not a spring chicken anymore..

상대: royhat : very little difference for the size.. I guess distilled water freezes at 0 and tap water freezes at -1 or -2 degrees.. I did have a wrist sweat band I use to use to insulate the lock and make it last a bit longer... I should find it again..

Does it make any difference to the ice lock if you use distilled water ?
